Responsibility:
- The jobholder is responsible to provide support to Account Support Executive and team by performing all necessary maintenance on the system, balancing account, including setting up the profile, charges structure, and other system maintenance based on required functionality to ensure the correct distribution of management /compliance report, advices and statement.
- Strong knowledge on MsOffice application, mainly for Excel and Word application
- Majoring in IT/Accounting.
- Interest to work with detail, accuracy, and self-motivated for proactively driving solutions and improvement.

Responsibility:
- Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable university preferably with good knowledge in Accounting / Finance
- Has minimum 1.5 years relevant experience in Financial / Banking institution or Accounting Firm
- Ability to maintain good quality of output under pressure condition and tight deadline
- Good interpersonal skills to ensure harmonious working relationship within the Bank
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
- Demonstrate high degree of integrity and independency
- Demonstrate sound and good accounting standard and basic financial analysis knowledge.

Responsibility:
- Prepare monthly and annual tax reporting of funds, including maintaining and administering the tax voucher received by funds.
- Handle the arrangement of tax documents filing to tax office.
- Prepare tax voucher for other parties.
- Handle the payment of tax from funds account to suspense account, including reconciling the respective suspense account.
- Handle tax examination on funds (coordinate with Fund Admin Team and Support Team on data and queries from Tax Office, meeting and discussion with Tax Office)
- Keep update on any related tax regulation, information or development in the industry
- Liaise with Indonesia Management Office TAX and Fund Managers on any tax issues.
- Handle the taxation process, reporting and payment on HSBC fee/income (including VAT and WHT)
- Upload daily and monthly regulatory reporting of mutual funds to reporting platform assigned by Bapepam-LK.
- Perform compliance checking of funds against restrictions as per regulation and fund documents
- Prepare notification on compliance breach to Fund Manager and Bapepam-LK, and handle the letter delivery.
- Handle Syariah compliance checking and reporting.
- Keep update on any related compliance regulation, information or development in the industry, and continuously brief Fund Admin team on any compliance related matters including the impact on daily operations (issues, new/updated procedures or regulations, etc).
- Liaise with IMO CMP and Fund Managers on any compliance issues.
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting with outstanding achievement
- Has minimum 2 years working experience in taxation area with at least a year experience working in Fund Services business would be preferred
- Possess knowledge of capital market, mutual fund regulation, tax regulation
- Strong interpersonal skills with proactive attitude
- Excellent team player with good time management
- Demonstrated high degree of integrity
- Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written

Responsibility:
- Provide guidance/advice on operating procedures to all customer groups, of new products, new/revised procedures to be complied with Group and Regulatory
- Manage operational risks and increase business' awareness on Ops Risk, through identification, assessment, mitigation and control,
- Pro-active management of operations to improve the Bank's operational risks and controls
- Coordinate, review and challenge business' responses to internal/external/regulatory audit recommendations
- Review proposition on empowerment or increased efficiency; and dispensation request.
- Has a vast banking operation knowledge with minimum 2-3 years experience
- Familiar with banking operational risks
- Good analytical and logical thinking (background as an banking auditor is preferable)
- Sound communications, interpersonal skills and influencing skills
- Experience in Public Accountant (big 4) is an advantage
