Partnership Business Insurance Specialist (Surabaya)
Description
:
  • Perform the sales and provide appropriate financial solutions / services to customers to ensure the achievement of target as per minimum standard agreed with the designated bank partner
  • Cooperate with bank staffs in applying current and new business to ensure the target achievement
  • Maintain and develop the sales/selling skills, product and technical skills to ensure the work performance are maintained and developed in order to achieve targets
  • Regular monitor the performance, by way of daily support calls, daily activity reporting, weekly visits to the designated bank's branch where the insurance specialist is assigned to ensure

  • Conduct quarterly performance appraisals with superior to ensure the target achievement and obstacles are discussed and solved
  • Maintain excellent relationship with bank partners, especially with Branch Manager and Bank Staffs to ensure that relationship are maintained and the targets are achieved
  • Conduct all activities in compliance PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia's Business policies as well as to the applicable laws and regulations to ensure that all activities are based on determined laws and regulations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent business qualification
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Life Insurance Sales Officer
  • Comfortable dealing with people in a professional environment
  • Self-reliant and have strong influencing skills
  • Preferably able to speak Mandarin (for Surabaya) and Hokkian (for Medan)
  • Currently resides in the assigned cities
Head, Partnership Technology Support
Description :
  • Liase with SIO and/or regional offices to quality strategic projects/intiatives to be undertaken in Partnership Business
  • Manage cross functional projects by setting strategy and goals based on through understanding of project management techniques and company priorities
  • Advise all stakeholders on results, analysis, and key lessons for all completed project / strategic initiatives
  • Drive project development and support team through effective facilitation and clear direction resulting in timely and effective business solution for all stakeholders
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from any major
  • More than 7 years experiences of Project / Technology Management
  • Broad Knowledge, experience and demonstranted ability to lead multiple cross-functional business projects and strategic initiatives within the financial services industry
  • Excellent skills in project management (certification in project management required)
Customer Service Staff (Medan)
Description :
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
  • Communicate directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Qualifications :
