Production Method Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Deliver support to operational sites in accordance to HSE policy and procedures
- Promote efficient methodology of production activity in sites to ensure the contribution to improvement of operation
- Prepare and analyze the content of procedures and Standing Instruction to ensure that the document complies to higher level of regulation and executable by user
- Perform follow up actions of technical studies/modifications to ensure the efficient technical assistance from Balikpapan entities and site operations.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferable from Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.
- Required skills: knowledge on the upstream process, practical engineering calculation, basic process equipment, safety engineering.
- At least 2 years of working experience in oil & gas upstream activities with background of Maintenance, Technical Support, Method Production, Operation and Safety
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
Responsibilities:
- Conduct the jobs in compliance with Company's HSE principles, procedures, standing instruction, international standard & Recommendation, etc
- Perform organizational related activities to support Head of Department Process & Safety studies establish effective and efficient organization
- Perform process related studies (engineering assistance) to support operational decision required by other entities
- Perform/support process related studies on facility development and modification (conceptual, pre-project, basic and detailed engineering studies) as part of providing technical dossier for EPC project, MRS and well connection.
- Deliver jobs to meet optimum and best quality of result
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering
- Required skills: Specialist application in PRO II, OLGA or specialist software, knowledge about industrial engineering constraints, physical and chemical properties of oil product, chemical engineering, thermodynamics and fluid flow, oil effluent treatment processes of field of specialty, Utilities required for operating installations.
- At least 6 years of working experience in process studies and minimum 9 years experience in oil and gas industry
- Have 1-2 years experience in engineering or project supervising (in years)
- Minimum 2 years experience on operational process in affiliates

- Coordinate and organize environment studies in order to comply with HSE Company regulations & standards
- Review environment performance of affiliate to provide proper and audit able business process
- Support engineering aspects for emergency response preparedness of oil spill in order to minimize operational risk and mitigation of potential environmental effect
- Conduct and control cost efficiency and effectiveness of service operations to optimize operational expenses within service
- Conduct and control human resources aspect covering man power planning, personal competency development, and performance appraisal to ensure continuation of people development within the service
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Environmental or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in environmental aspects of oil & gas industry, preferably with field exposure
- Able to present solutions fitting the Best Available Technology/Best Environment Practice to put in relation Regulatory requirements (both government and company standard) and company economical and technical constraint
- Negotiation and communication skills dealing with government authorities and team management
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
