External Communication Coordinator (Contractual Based)
Responsibilities:
Job Description: Responsible for development, conceptualization & implementation of the corporate communications strategy thru various communications tools, means and channels in order to project the correct company image & reputation to all stakeholders.
  1. Close coordination with the appointed communication consultant related to Corporate Communication Strategy, such as in supporting corporate advertisement, corporate brochures, poster & displays, assist development of participation of TEPI in every event.
  2. Corporate Partnership to support communication strategy. Supervise the sponsorship management and monitor the whole process from registering, selection- assessment-negotiation process, and obtaining management approval until the payment process as well as the report and the archiving of all sponsorship.
  3. Support Corporate events and promotional items.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in social science, preferably from Marketing/Communications.
  • Required skills: vast network in agency and media marketing, excellent command of English (writing & speaking), computer literate in Microsoft office & Photoshop, Creative & resourceful.
  • Positive attitude, independent, self driven & self motivated and good coordination skills
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field and able to lead a team
  • Willing to travel
External Communication Officer (Contractual Based)

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to travel.
Well Performance Engineer
Responsibilities:
Job Purpose: Undertake all the necessary efforts by restoring and increasing wells potentials to maximize production and optimize injection.
  1. Conduct the jobs related to well performance in order to respect HSE policies and procedures
  2. Supervise the well performance monitoring on regular basis to ensure the observed production/injection potential is as close as possible to the production/injection constrained potential
  3. Generate and propose ideas for wells or network/utilities interventions to increase cost efficiency for undertaken intervention
  4. Check that all wells and networks are properly modeled, calibrated on validated data and the models are regularly update to ensure the mandatory first steps before any optimization
  5. Prepare well performance reports to hierarchy and other departments related to deliver correct data on well performance
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, preferably from petroleum engineering background.
  • Required skills: have knowledge to operate Olga software, Petex software, sand management, artificial lift, knowledge on Production and Process.
  • Good analytical thinking, good communication skills, planning and organizing, and good team work
  • At least 5 years of working experience in relevant area
  • Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
