PetroSync offers conferences and trainings ranging from exploration & production, surface facilities, business and other related modules. Its events are attended by delegates from over 24 countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Austria, Qatar, Australia, China, Singapore, Vietnam, India, Philippines, Brunei, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Korea, Nigeria and many other more. PetroSync currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Tele Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Sales for south east Asia region
  • Selling training and conference ticket to overseas clients mostly from South East Asia Region
  • You will have opportunities to travel overseas for those who like traveling.
Requirements:
  • Female/Male
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Talk active person is preferred, Active in English Both written and speaking (no need to be perfect, but at least you must confident)
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1-5 years (fresh graduate welcome) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
  • Full-Time and Contract 1 year, probation 3 month
Web Developer (Programmer)
Responsibilities:
  • Developing Web Applications & CRM
Requirements:
  • Female/Male
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): PHP, WEB 2.0, AJAX, HTML 5, MYSQL, XML, SOAP, API
  • Preferred skill(s): SUGARCRM, JOOMLA, PHP Framework (Yii / Ignition), Preferably know about simple design, Able to design Friendly User Interface
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in IT Auditor or Database Administrator.
  • Full-Time and Contract position available.
Telemarketing Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Selling training and conference ticket to overseas clients mostly from South East Asia Region
  • You will have opportunities to travel overseas for those who like traveling.
Requirements:
  • Female/Male
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): familiar and able to work with Microsoft office, talk active person is preferred, active in English both written and speaking (no need to be perfect but at least you must confident).
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Secretary (Personal Assistant Manager)
Responsibilities:
  • Providing secretarial support and ensure the smooth operate of day to day office/ project activities.
  • Travel arrangements and diary management
  • Taking care personal arrangement (family, doctor, etc)
  • Processing and reconciling expenses and time sheets
  • Document control and maintaining filing system
  • Assist to produce of documents including PowerPoint presentations and document submission.
  • Website management and making brochure
Requirements:
  • Female
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate or less experienced is preferred (experienced will be 2nd priority)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software/tools (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In design)
  • Required skill(s): good command of written and spoken English is a must!!, Talk active person is preferred.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • FULL TIME, contract 2 year, probation 3 months
  • Ready to travel overseas
