Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a good and professional working relationship with bank partner
- Train and coach Insurance Relation Advisor to achieve target
- Provide sales productivity reports to Bancassurance Manager
- Maintaining a good working relationship with all internal and external customers
- Male / Female, maximum 35 years old
- Minimum S1 Degree, any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Relation Manager preferable in Insurance Industry (Bancassurance)
- Having a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Target oriented and strong leadership skills
- Good Performance, strong communication skills and highly self confidence
- Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development web applications in various projects
- Able to set and support network system, Database and server
- Support, maintain and enhance existing web application and infrastructure
- Perform testing of web applications as necessary
- Provide new web applications training to user
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering with GPA min. 2.75
- Strong knowledge of RDMBS Database, SQL Programming, Object Oriented Programming.
- IT Knowledge Skills in ORACLE, Ms. SQL Server, Crystal Report, Php and C#.net
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of application in life insurance is an advantage.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skill.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, willing to learn, excellent team-player and be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the Monthly Financial Report, including balance sheets and income statements
- Handling and checking day-to-day processing of accounts payable & receivable transactions to ensure that the accounts are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
- Preparing Monthly and annual tax calculation
- Handling for audit preparation
- Male / Female, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum S1 Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Accounting Spv in Life Insurance
- Details and have a strong analytical thinking
- Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
