Sales Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading the Sales Customer Service Team
- Ensure efficient and prompt service support to internal sales team & external customer enquirers
- Provides training to team to improvise service and processes
- Ability to handle complex escalations cases or issues
- Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in sales administration & management
- Show initiative, customer oriented, high numeracy, independent, creditable and reliable, think interdisciplinary
- Preferably experienced in managing a team

- Bachelor degree from Finance / Accounting, Business Administration, Economics
- Minimum 8 years working experience in related fields
- Good Communication skills and leadership
- Good in operating Microsoft Office, SAP, Hyperion
- Proficient oral communication & written in English
