Management Trainee
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Electrical/ Mechanical/ Accounting
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Computer literate
- Excellent in English both speaking and writing
- Must be proactive and able to work independently under pressure
- Emphasis on problem solving and analytical skill
- Fast learner, mature with nice attitude and detailed oriented
- Applicant must be willing to work in Cileungsi-Bogor
Responsibilities:
- co-ordinate the HR function across South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand
- provide a HR Business Partnering service to BUs and functions, and work with BU heads to implement necessary and relevant HR plans
- ensure that the country HR and business strategies are aligned, and linked to the Group HR Strategic Plan
- drive a high performance culture across all country’s
- lead the standardization of HR processes, practices and systems across BUs, in alignment with Group HR Processes, Policies & Procedures
- monitor employee performance against agreed metrics and take appropriate action as required
- provide support and guidance on the delivery of effective employee relations and development practices across Indonesia
- build bench strength and capability of employees and ensure succession planning, career management and development of high performers
- deploy effective employee communication strategies.
