- Tinggi badan min. 163cm
- Tidak Buta Warna
- Tidak Berkacamata
- Usia 18 - 20 tahun
- Nilai Rata-Rata min. 6.5 (SKHUN)
- Nilai Matematika Persemester min. 6
- Melakukan proses produksi sesuai urutan instruksi kerja dan atau Operation Standard dengan menggunakan tool & equipment sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditentukan
- Mengoperasikan fasilitas produksi sesuai dengan standar waktu yang telah ditetapkan sehingga target produksi tercapai
- Melakukan pengecekkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan Operation Standar
- Melaksanakan Operation Standard terkait Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja serta Lingkungan
