Underwriting Staff (Syariah Unit)
Requirements:

  • Male / Female
  • Max 35 years of age
  • Min Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university (GPA min 3.00) with 3 years experiences or Master Degree with 1 year experience (AAAIK title preferable)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in underwriting and reinsurance area (prefer in insurance industry)
  • Good command in English will be advantage
  • Good communication skill
  • Good personality, positive attitude and team player
  • Computer Literate minimum Microsoft Office (MS. Word, MS . Excel, Power point)
Collection Staff
Requirements:

  • Male
  • Minimal S1 (Bachelor of Laws) from reputable university (preferably State University).
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Preferred understand the Insurance Law.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the field of Insurance / Bank (preferably).
  • Preferably have Permit proceedings (Advocate License).
  • Maximum age 35 years
  • Able to speak English active orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work well individually and in teams.
In House Lawyer (Advocate)
Requirements:

  • Male, age maximum 35 years
  • Minimal S1 (Bachelor of Laws) from reputable university (preferably State University).
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Preferred understand the Insurance Law.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the field of Insurance / Bank (preferably).
  • Has Permit proceedings (Advocate License).
  • Able to speak English active orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work well individually and in teams.
Training & Development Officer
Requirements:

  • Male / Female
  • Max 30 years of age
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University majoring Psychology, Management or Human Resorces Management.
  • Having minimum of 1 year experience in HR Training Area
  • Capable to maintain administrative training database and training data records for the department
  • Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and having a good personality
  • Good analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Able in working individually and within a team
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
Recruitment Officer
Requirements:

  • Male / Female preferred max 27 years of age
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University majoring Psychology or equivalent with GPA min 3.00.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong proficiency of interview skill and in using various assessment tools
  • Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and having a good personality
  • Good analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Able in working individually and within a team
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
