It was not until December 23, 2010 shares taken over by BCA Finance and Dana Pensiun BCA, and changed into PT Central Sejahtera Insurance which holds the status of sole BCA Group subsidiaries engaged in general insurance.

General requirements:
- Female/Male maximum 30 years old
- Education S2 Majoring Psychology with minimum GPA 3
- Able to handling Psychological test and HR administration
- Computer literate must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to speak English (passive)
- Strong interpersonal skill, good communication and hard working
Requirements:

- Min. D3 from reputable university with min. GPA 2.75
- Min. 1 year of experience in Hotline Service in general insurance industry
- Computer Literate (Ms. Office)
- Having Driving License (SIM C)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Internal Audit & Compliance ( IAC )
General requirements :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years working experiences in general insurance business Good communication skill, pleasant personality, Computer literacy and able to speak English
- Male/Female maximum 30 years old single
- Major in Accounting or Management
- Familiar with general insurance regulation and practices
- Willing to travel to all branches in Indonesia
- Computer literacy
- Able to speak English (passive)
