Account Payable Superintendent
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage the process, and execute all Account Payable transactions in SAP in an effective manner in line with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage the process of outgoing payments in SAP and Banking system on schedule to maximize Company cash flows
- Maintain Accounts Payable records, reports, systems and procedures which will adequately protect all interests related to the business
- Perform all tasks as being a Super User AP Module
- Education : Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Economic majoring in Accounting.
- Experience : Minimum 5 years working experience in a multinational and or public listed company or international accounting firm
- Computer literacy : Microsoft office, SAP
- Language : Good command in English oral and written
- Good knowledge of SAP and IT based accounting system and applications
- Excellent in leadership and coaching skill
- Used to work with tight deadline and under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication interpersonal skill
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- The positions is needed to assists Purchasing Superintendent in executing the Purchasing Strategy (the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchase, the act of purchasing it, and the process of ensuring that what is required is received on time in the quality and quantity specified).
- Education : Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable
- Experience : Two years working experiences preferable holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company
- Computer literacy : Microsoft office
- Language : Good command in English oral and written
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Have good technical skill in cement industry is preferable
Responsibilities:
As Inventory control, the incumbent will be responsible to support the smooth operation at the warehouse by doing the whole administration process of the warehouse.
The task will be covering, but not limited to:
- Conduct the stock-taking
- Issued purchase requisition
- Control item master
- Control the value of inventory and other warehouse administrative duties
- Education : Diploma Degree from related major
- Experience : 2 years experiences in similar position at any multinational manufacturing company
- Computer literacy : Microsoft office, SAP
- Language : Good command in English oral and written
- Good knowledge of warehouse management system.
- Mastering inventory-taking and purchase requisition procedure
- Capable of using forklift will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication interpersonal skill
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
