Financial Service Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Establish relationship external and internal
- Support Branch team to generate referrals
- Advise customers during sales process
- Facilitate sales closing
- Support for policy issuance and after sales process
- Conduct regular sales reporting, as required
- Perform constant performance (to achieve minimum sales requirements )
- Female or Male
- Age 24 - 30 years old
- Hold Bachelor degree in finance or with related major with good reputation
- Min 1 year sales experience in bank/insurance/financial institution
- Well grooming & pleasant personality
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and advisory skills
- Strong sales knowledge and drive
- Hands on with economic, market, investment, insurance, regulatory update.
- Independent and self motivated
- Passive in English
Responsibilities:
- Data Handling with Partner.
- Reporting data management.
- Delivered User Request.
- SAS User
- SQL Server (preferred candidate have experience in SQL Server 2008)
- Experience at least 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Create analysis & new initiative for existing customer (POM)
- Work with other department to develop marketing campaign or running new project
- Develop & maintain Test & learn activity related with existing customer
- Bachelor degree from marketing or statistic
- Experience at least 3 years in CRM or Marketing at insurance industries or banking
- SAS user
Responsibilities:
- Create new revenue-generating initiatives through analytic or process improvement
- Communicate with internal and external entities regarding the initiatives developed
- An extrovert and creative person whose at least 4 years’ customer analytic experience with Master’s Degree or MBA in Statistics (or related fields) or in Management Science
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Possess excellent presentation skills
- Be comfortable under rapid change of priorities
- A strong team player who can also excel at working independently
- Experience in insurance industry will be a plus
